Rachael's Training

In addition to being a Health and Wellness Coach, Rachael is also a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher and a Booty-kicking Cross Training Group Fitness Instructor.
 

Rachael originally came to yoga at the suggestion of her chiropractor to aid in managing sciatica and pain in her lower back. Having an extensive background in dance, strength training, and movement, she became attracted to the playfulness of yoga’s vinyasa style, and it quickly became a new way for her to express creativity through movement. The love she gained for her body through yoga became overflowing so she decided to become a teacher and share that love with others. She completed her RYT 200 hour training through Yoga Mittra at the Yoga Loft. In addition to teaching yoga she also teaches booty-kicking cross training classes.


Rachael teaches locally to Manhattan Beach, California. She is available for both private yoga and personal training sessions, in person or virtually. She teaches a wide variety of workshops local to the South Bay in Los Angeles.
