Private Corporate Wellness and Nutrition sessions for employees. 30 minute one-on-one consultation sessions with Rachael offered to employees between the hours of 9am - 5pm, fitting as many employees as time is allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis. This can be done in person or via video conferencing (great for remote offices!).

Bringing yoga classes onsite makes it easy and convenient for employees to incorporate a healthy form of stretching, relaxation, and gentle exercise. Rachael is a 200 hr Certified Yoga instructor local to the South Bay in Los Angeles. Yoga classes include:

  • Yin (great for gentle stretching)

  • Restoratives (great for relaxation and meditation)

  • Chair Yoga (for learning to stretch at your desk)

  • Vinyasa (for more of an exercise component)

  • Special workshops such as Yoga for Back Pain and Yin + Juice (a FUN event incorporating stretching, wine, and a 90’s playlist with Snoop Dogg. It’s as fun as it sounds).

Monthly wellness groups are a place where everyone can come together for additional support from myself and other co-workers. It’s a safe place for employees to get support and accountability during their health journey. Company challenges can be a fun way to create new, healthy habits and can be customized according to your employee’s goals. Some ideas are a kick-start diet, a sugar cleanse, walking challenge, or self-care challenge.

Meet Rachael, Your Corporate Wellness Expert and Yoga Instructor

Rachael is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Yoga, and Fitness Teacher based out of the South Bay in Los Angeles, California. She sees both private clients and teaches public classes and workshops — in-person and virtually. She’s worked in the corporate space teaching yoga, cooking classes, meditation, and special events for companies like Dealer.com, CTRL CollectiveBeats by Dre, The Hollywood Roosevelt, and Econ One

 

Before becoming a certified Health Coach and Yoga Instructor, she was a Graphic Designer in the Health and Health Care Technology industries in Vermont, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Having worked in a computer based career for 7 years, she knows the office life and health struggles and stressors those in an office can face very well.
